Charles A Snow School is a public school operated by MSAD 72. The school provides for the education of pupils in grades K through 5. On October 1, 2008, the school served 205 students.
On 11 Pine St and the corner of Portland Street in Fryeburg, sits the Charles A. Snow School. Mr. Snow was Superintendent in Fryeburg from 1923 to 1948. The Superintendent's Office, formerly know as the Annex building, was the original school established in 1903 when Districts #1 and #2 united. In 1949, what is now called the Charles A. Snow School was brought on to the property to alleviate crowding.
